OUT OF STOCK ITEMS / BACK ORDERS

Right at Home Canada makes every effort to maintain high inventory levels of your TENA products, however, some items may not be available at the time of your order. If your order item is out of stock, our Customer Service Department will contact you within 2 business days to advise you what the estimated time will be to have your product back in inventory and ready to be shipped to you. You can advise us at the time of the call whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel your order.

  

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your order arrives at your home damaged, please contact us immediately and we will replace it at no cost to you.
